PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: To those who are familiar with Madoka Kaname, Wraith Madoka resembles her almost perfectly - a petite 14 year old girl with pink hair and eyes. The primary differences are her tendency to leave her hair down, forgo shoes, and wear a loose white dress. She can change the details of her appearance at will to more closely resemble Madoka Kaname's usual style, but the one she never imitates is wearing red ribbons in her hair. To those who don't know Madoka Kaname, they will see through this glamor and only be able to see her wraith form. This is typically a phantom-like figure with three black eyes, a black core, and an otherwise incorporeal body. When in 'magical girl' mode, her form solidifies into something more solid and doll-like, with an outfit that once again resembles Madoka Kaname's magical girl costume. The three empty black eyes and black core remain, though, and she is incapable of emoting or verbal speech.
DEMEANOR: As a wraith that has mutated due to coming in contact with Homura's magic/'heart', Wraith Madoka is unfailingly optimistic and cheerful. She has a difficult time putting her thoughts into words, because as a wraith she's never needed language before and acted as part of a hivemind of sorts, so she can come across as more ditzy or scatterbrained than the real Madoka. However, Homura's own doubts and suspicions also affect her, and as a result she can tip towards behaving in a more unsettling and almost obliviously intrusive/manipulative way. But overall, her nature as a wraith compels her to protect the world, and being 'a version of Madoka' complements that.
ABILITIES: Wraith Madoka has both Homura's ability to stop time and manipulate memories, and wields a magical bow and arrow like the real Madoka's. However, she can only access her full potential when in contact with the red ribbon Madoka entrusted to Homura. Without that, she can still use telepathy to communicate with others, including other wraiths. She also feeds off of emotion, like all wraiths do, and her connection to Homura makes her especially sensitive to her feelings.
